About our office

Our law office provides a wide range of legal advice, legal services, and representation before courts and state authorities. However, we mainly specialize in criminal and family law.

The legal services provided are billed in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., on lawyers´ fees and costs of providing legal services.

The price of the provided services is always individually adapted to the type and the content of each legal case, its demandingness, extensiveness, necessity of consultation, e.g. with tax advisors, necessity to involve an interpreter or a translator, etc.. The lawyer´s fee for consultation with a client is charged on an hourly basis or in the form of flat-rate remuneration for legal services, or as a fee calculated according to the tariff rates specified in the Decree no. 177/1996 Coll. (lawyers´ fees).

Please, note that the hourly rate of a lawyer is different in case of associates, lawyers, or trainee lawyers. VAT is added to the price of the legal services.

The Czech Bar Association (pursuant to the Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection) is authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to settle the sphere of the disputes between lawyers and consumers resulting from the contracts on provision of legal services out of court.

The client pays court, administration and other fees or costs relating to involvement of expert´s, interpreter´s or notary services, and others, in full.

We are able to ensure the services of sworn experts, we cooperate with a psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist and clinical psychologists for children.

We provide the services in Czech, English and Spanish.
